- Advice and consultancy on import and export procedures practiced by Brazil and the country's main partners;
- Acting and consulting in trade defense processes (antidumping processes, safeguards and compensatory measures);
- Consultancy for technical, economic and legal feasibility studies of ports in various modes of transport;
- Acting in the area of tax and customs litigation involving issues related to foreign trade, both in the administrative and judicial spheres;
- Acting and consulting in the identification of non-tariff barriers imposed by Brazil, as well as by the country's main trading partners, with the aim of questioning them before Brazilian judicial and administrative bodies, or proceeding with the appropriate complaint to the Brazilian government, depending on the case.;
- Advice and consultancy on international agreements and negotiations;
- Structuring foreign trade operations in customs, tax, exchange, contractual, commercial and litigation aspects;
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, documents and records related to import and export operations;
- Preparation of tax planning for foreign trade operations, including analysis, negotiation and requests for the granting of special customs regimes, benefits and tax incentives;
- Consultancy and litigation in the tax area, including seizure of goods, import tax, customs transit, retention of containers in customs areas, etc.;
- Advice and consultancy on Customs Valuation;
- Acting in national and international arbitration processes to resolve conflicts arising from foreign trade operations;
- Advice and consultancy on issues related to export financing, export credit insurance, taxation, international transport, government procurement and special import/export regimes.
